Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of strobi.dev and the apps and games made by Strobi LLC (“Strobi”, “we”, “us”): Tilery, Side Out, RGB, Drift, Colorize, Trace Race (including Trace Race on Reddit) and the Stampede test build, on the web, iOS, Android and Wear OS (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

EosLog, our field service software, and any project we build for a client are covered by their own agreements, not these terms.

Using the Services

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse them: don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer them, get around any limits, or use them to break the law or harm others.

Our content

The Services, including their design, code, graphics, sounds and names, belong to Strobi or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use them as intended. These terms don't give you any other rights to our content or trademarks.

What you share

Some Services let you share things, such as a Trace Race result on Reddit or feedback in the Stampede test build. You keep ownership of what you share, and you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the Services. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful or abusive.

App stores and other platforms

If you get our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or play them on a platform such as Reddit or CrazyGames, that platform's own terms also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for our apps or for supporting them.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data the Services use and how.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the Services and may change, pause or stop any of them at any time. If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that they will always be available, error-free or that saved progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Strobi won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
